MAY 23, 2010 - 2ND ANNUAL 5K RUN / WALK

When: Sunday, May 23rd, 2010 at 10:00am.
Where: Week’s Playing Field on Paul Street in Newton, MA.
Registration: On-line pre-registration preferred.
Sign up by May 15th for a $25 entry-fee. The first 150 registrants will receive a free race t-shirt.

REGISTRATION APPLICATION:

Please accept the following Waiver with respect to the following entrant’s participation in Paul’s Run on May 23, 2010 (the “Run”).  The acceptance as noted below will confirm that I am 18 years or older and have read and understand the following.  To the extent that the entrant is under the age of 18, a parent has confirmed his or her assent by signing below.
I assume all responsibility for injuries and damages that may result as an active entrant in the Run.  As a condition of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, release, exempt and discharge and agree not to commence any law suit against the Paul St. Martin Charitable Corporation or any Run sponsors, Run subcontractors, Run staff, Run volunteers and the City of Newton from all claims, damages and causes of action, present or future, whether they result from, arise out of or are incident to my participation in the Run.  I certify that I am physically fit, will have trained sufficiently for the Run, and will abide by all Run rules.  I also grant permission for the use of my name and/or photographs in press releases, kits, media broadcasts or any other public relations accounts of the Run.

December 2009 - The Paul St. Martin Charitable Corporation concluded its first year with a donation in Paul's memory to the American Heart Association made possible by the generosity of our supporters.
